We distil gin, produce bitters, liqueurs and vermouths. We work closely with real, fresh and dried botanicals, from the Trentino and Italian territory. We create interesting and innovative aromatic profiles in our products, which whet the most curious palates.

The project stems from the passion that the Paterno family has always had for apple orchards. Melagorai is 100% pure natural apple juice, produced in the mountains chain of Lagorai, in Trentino.
