Altopiano della Marcesina - Grigno

The cows of Malga Scura, nearly all white and red, blissful graze on the green pastures of the Marcesina plateau. Malga Scura is managed by Mrs Genny, who looks after the cows and also prepares typical dishes in the restaurant near the hut. From 2018 Marcesina cheese has a quality brand which gives value to the cheese produced at malga Scura.
