Going up through the Calamento Valley along the streets that leads up to the Manghen pass you can find the Malga Valsolero di Sotto. Comfortably couched in the womb of the mountain, right in front of the WWF Oasis, this alpine hut is managed by a lady cheese-maker, Ms Sonia.
