The flat is located on the mezzanine floor and can be reached via a short flight of stairs. You enter directly into a refined and cosy living room equipped with a 65-inch TV and a selection of fitness equipment ideal for indoor workouts. In addition to a fully equipped kitchen where you can give free rein to your culinary creativity, two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a WC, ensure comfort and convenience. Guests also have access to a laundry room with washing machine, drying rack, iron, and ironing board.

The bedrooms include a spacious and refined double bedroom, a second twin bedroom and a single bedroom (where a second single bed can be added on request). There is also a small but cosy outdoor area at the entrance, ideal for aperitifs (this area will soon be renovated).

Among the services offered are a Wi-Fi connection and a large private garage (ideal for comfortably storing a car and the whole family's bicycles), which are available to guests free of charge, as well as a charging point for electric cars, which can be used exclusively by guests and is payable on site according to consumption. For families with small children, an additional cot (not a cradle) and a highchair are available on request. Self-check-in is possible for a stress-free arrival.
