Maso Pic is a late 19th-century farmhouse that was modernly renovated during 2020. It is located in Susà di Pergine about 1 km from the village of Susà and 3 km from the town of Pergine Valsugana. It can be reached by car on asphalt road and the last 500 meters country road. It consists of 2 apartments, one inhabited by the owners and the other usable for tourist use all year round.

The apartment is located on the ground floor. Consists of 2 bathrooms both with shower, hallway with washing machine, bedroom with double bed, bedroom with 2 beds (possible to turn them into double) equipped with TV, living area with sofa bed and TV dining area and study area, spacious kitchen. From the living room with 3 steps there is access to the outdoor lawn equipped with table and benches. The lawn is not fully fenced for the dogs there is a box with kennel available.

The apartment has heating with radiators.
