DESCRIPTION OF THE ACTIVITY:
Using a small mill, each participant will grind their own grains to make flour, which will be used to bake a small loaf of bread, to be decorated with seeds and baked in an oven. During the workshop, you will be able to watch the different stages of grinding the grains and get your hands dirty.
