Pietra Viva Museum

The Pietra Viva Museum tells the story of the village of Sant'Orsola and the Fersina Valley through minerals and material culture objects. The museum is housed in a 17th-century historic building adorned with frescoes by the folk painter Albertini Pietro from Lavis. The museum offers guided tours in Italian for both adults and children, as well as audio-guided tours in German, English, and Dutch. It has a strong educational focus and guarantees two workshops during each visit: the search for stones in the stream in the museum garden and the construction of a fossil.

Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday: 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM / 2:00 PM - 5:00 PM
Wednesday: 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM
Thursday: Closed

 
Winter Opening Hours (October - April):
Saturday and Sunday: 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM / 2:00 PM - 5:00 PM

The museum opens by appointment during the week for organized group visits and school groups.

- Reduced price ticket €5,00 (seniors over 65, students, groups of over 15 people, Euregio Family Pass)
- Family discount (two adults and free entry for children):€16,00
- Trentino Guest Card: Free entry
- Free entry: People with disabilities and their companions, children up to 14 years, the first Sunday of the months from October to March, and during the week dedicated to the promotion of museums and cultural sites in the months from January to March, as determined each year by the Provincial Government.

Dogs are not allowed.
