Recipe: Baked trout 

Ingredients:
1 trout 
a tuft of parsley
a clove of garlic 
a spoon of bread – crumbs
1 lemon
a spoon of extra – virgin oil 
salt and pepper 

Procedure:
Clean the trout, wash it and get it dry. 
Put it in a bowl and amalgamate the parsley with the bread-crumbs, the grated peel of half  lemon  and its juice, the salt, the pepper, the oil.  Fill the trout with the amalgam, place it on a sheet of oiled aluminium, foil and cover it with slices of lemon. 
Close the sheet of oiled aluminium and bake in oven at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes.
