Novaledo

This village is situated between Levico an Borgo Valsugana. It has the Monte Panarotta behind and the Cima Vezzena in the front and it ist important especially for its industrial activities.

In the area towards Borgo there are still medievals ruins of the "Tor Quadra" and the "Tor Tonda" which were connected by a drawbridge and which formed on the Roman road the "Chiusa di Marter" (Marter lock).

That was the border between Trento and Feltre territories, it was near the "Lago Morto" that now is dry up.
