Parampampoli

The secret blend, invented by the host of the Campelle Valley "Crucolo" hut, has a strong flavor that tastes of coffee, grappa, wine and caramelized sugar.

Served hot and over a flame in the hut's characteristic cups, Parampampoli is now a drink that identifies Valsugana and is often purchased as a souvenir by guests.
