Cantina Cenci

The Cenci Winery was born from an idea by Valentino and Silvia, who, after nurturing their passion for viticulture for over 10 years, decided to devote themselves full-time to the production of wines and sparkling wines. The winery, along with the 4 hectares of vineyards surrounding it, is located in Castelnuovo in Trentino, an area with a long history of viticulture. Silvia and Valentino, with the support of their families, personally oversee every step of the process on a daily basis: from cultivating the land to winemaking, and from bottling to labeling their fragrant Chardonnay (Trentino DOC), as well as their Pinot Noir and classic method sparkling wine (TRENTODOC).
