Our mountains are crossed by the E5 Peace Trail with many reminders of the First World War, like the numerous military forts, many of which can be easily reached and visited with knowleadgeable guides who will tell you about the events which took place just a few decades ago and which perhaps, we are forgetting about too fast. The Fort of Benne, Fort of Tenna, Fort Busa Granda and the trench of Grigno are within everyone's reach. Other points are less easy to reach, like the mountain peak Pizzo di Levico or the pass 5 Croci with the peak Cima Socede nearby, and his historical open-air museum. The uniqueness of this territory is also the result of a great collaboration of volunteers and the sensitivity of the local public administrations that are able to preserve and to protect the environment and the traces of its past which everyone can enjoy.
