La Rotonda Experience is a welcoming, warm, and authentic setting, perfect for a dinner with friends, a family lunch, or a casual break.

Located in Pergine Valsugana at Viale Venezia 37, our hotel, restaurant, and pizzeria is near the historic city center and just a few minutes from Lakes Caldonazzo and Levico. The area is also well-connected to the city of Trento and the main tourist attractions of Trentino.
Our kitchen offers traditional Trentino dishes, delicious pizzas, and innovative new creations. During holidays and events, we offer special menus and dishes that blend innovation with tradition. We’re open from early morning—with a selection of cakes and pastries for breakfast—until evening. Carefully selected beers, wines, and drinks pair perfectly with our dishes or make for a great aperitif with friends.

Hours:
The bar area is open daily from 6:00 AM to 10:30 PM, while the kitchen is open from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 10:30 PM; closed on Tuesdays.
