Malga Cere

Malga Cere is a rural establishment offering its guests accommodation and catering services.
The mountain hut is located at an altitude of 1,713 metres, in a panoramic position overlooking Val Calamento, in the western Lagorai mountains. To reach Malga Cere, you follow a beautiful trail through enchanting coniferous forests. The forest road is only accessible to those with a permit. You can get there on foot, on horseback, by mountain bike or snowshoes and, during the winter season, even on cross-country skis.
Malga Cere is a place open to cultural and social initiatives and, with full respect for the mountain ecosystem in which it is located, uses renewable energy and offers short supply chain and organic products.
The magic of Malga Cere is also confirmed by its surroundings. A natural environment that is still intact, where you will be surrounded by beautiful coniferous forests and green pastures. Wherever you look, you will be overwhelmed by breathtaking landscapes immersed in unspoilt and relaxing nature. All around you are the peaks of Setole, Valpiana and Bortolo, the scene of the First World War and now a destination for excursions and trekking, which you can do using Malga Cere as a starting point and place to rest. Malga Cere is also an excellent base for those who decide to go on longer treks and reach the peaks and valleys of Ziolera or Montalon, the Pala del Becco or the Manghen Pass.
