The Tenna hillside is an area with a long history of wine-growing. The project to restore these plots of land, which had been abandoned over time due to the steep slopes, represents a challenge for Michele Sartori that is as difficult as it is exciting. Every effort is focused on hand-harvesting high-quality grapes, accepting lower yields in exchange for superior fruit ripeness and a meticulous selection of the free-run wine. This is the source of his Trentodoc, which expresses distinctive and recognisable organoleptic characteristics.
