Undulating vineyards and fairytale realities

The wine cellars of Valsugana have something different from all the others, they capture the essence and attitude of local culture making you feel part of this beautiful valley. All this while tasting a glass of good sparkling wine.

 Valsugana has a well-known vocation for winegrowing and stands out thanks to three great local producers.

 Located near Levico, Cantina Romanese winery was born in 2009 thanks to the great passion of the brothers Giorgio and Andrea Romanese. Their magic? The production of classic method sparkling wine TRENTODOC: the wine is aged in the seabed of Lake Levico, creating a perfect combination between nature and agriculture. Visiting the winery means getting to know the family and its values kept alive by the two brothers.

 In the green setting of Castelnuovo, we can find Cantina Cenci, where Valentino and Silvia dedicate themselves to the production of classic method sparkling wine TRENTODOC and the cultivation of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes. The flavour and aroma of their wines combined with local products perfectly reflect its synthesis with the natural surroundings. Experience and enjoy personalized guided tours with tastings in the shade of these beautiful vineyards.

 Finally visit Cantina Terre del Lagorai winery, which is situated within the walls of Castel Ivano, one of the most fascinating and well-preserved cultural sites in Valsugana. Their vineyards cover the wild and hilly landscape nearby Borgo Valsugana. Their production using the TRENTODOC method is the most sustainable in the area. The concept of environmental sustainability culminates in the cultivation of Solaris, which is the winery’s jewel in the crown.
