Are you looking for a lake where to go with your dog in Trentino?
In the northern area of the
Caldonazzo Lake, in San Cristoforo locality, a
bau beach is available equipped with: supports for beach umbrellas with a safety hook for your dog, two small enclosed areas where to go to the bathroom and an agility board to stretch!
The access of your dog on the beach and into the water is allowed
with leash only, to guarantee your tranquility and that of the other guests.
The
bau beach can be reached by walking along the Via dei Pescatori, identified by dedicated signals, that allows the access of our 4-paw friends, always
with the leash.
Always remember to bring with you
all the necessary to collect the excrements.
CALCERANICA AL LAGO
The new bau beach "Spiaggia alle stanghe" is located along the lake shore near the Lido di Calceranica and the town jetty.
Access to the area is allowed from 7 am to 9 pm, dogs can be left free of leash, both on the beach or in the water, but must always accompanied by the owner.
Dogs cannot cross the dedicated area. The dedicated swimming area in front of the area is fenced by buoys.
Remember to always take with you a bag to collect the poo.

Gemeente van Pergine Valsugana: toegang voor honden is alleen bij de “bau beach” toegestaan in de plaats San Cristoforo.
In het gemeente zijn er tevens twee omheinde gebieden voor honden, voorzien van water, in de omgeving van het park langs de rivier Fersina (vlakbij het ijsstadion – plaats Costa di Vigalzano) en vlakbij de hondenkennel in de plaats Pizzedi (Fractie Assizi).
Municipality of Calceranica al Lago: the access of the dogs to the beach is allowed with leash only, a part from the time of tourist peak – from May 15th to September 15th- during which the access and walk of dogs with leash and of their owners is allowed only on the pedestrian ways (and not to the beaches) in the evening and night time, from 8pm to 7am.
Dogs cannot enter into the water and in the areas dedicated to children. Other dog-dedicated areas are being planned.
Municipality of Caldonazzo: the access of dogs to the open beach is not allowed, a part from the nearby area where the mouth of the River Brenta is found. Other dog-dedicated areas are being planned.
Municipality of Tenna: the access of the dogs to the beach is forbidden.
Municipality of Levico: the regulation provides that from 06:00 to 21:00 there is the obligation of a leash and collection of manure.
Regulations for the access to the other open beaches of the Levico Lake
The access of the dogs to the beaches is allowed with leash only.
The entrance into the water of dogs is forbidden as well as the access to areas dedicated to children.
In viale Lido (in the area of the playground) an enclosed dog-designated area is available, equipped with a fountain and benches. Always remember to bring with you all the necessary to collect the excrements.
