Miniera dei Sapori is a traditional Trentino restaurant where tradition and the authenticity of the dishes take centre stage. All the first courses are handmade with love and respect for the recipes of the past. The meat served, thanks in part to many years of experience in butchery, is of the highest quality, sourced nationally and prepared directly by Agnese. The owners’ passion for baking is also evident in the vast array of cakes available at Osteria La Miniera dei Sapori, with around thirty different varieties.
