Valsugana Sapori is a company specialized in the production of fresh pasta from Trentino. In full respect of the original recipes, Valsugana Sapori has been able to reintroduce typical local first courses so that everyone can appreciate their taste even within the domestic walls.

Among the best-known products certainly worth mentioning are Canederli, large bread dumplings offered in the classic recipe variants (with speck), with cheese, with spinach and with radicchio. Canederli, traditionally served in broth, can be accompanied with different types of condiments.

Also among bread based products we find strangolapreti and bread dumplings (recently also offered with a dough enriched with radicchio and sausage).

For summer times, on the other hand, a new and tasty twist is offered: cold spätzle salads. A great, ready-to-eat dish, ideal for giving a new flavor to hot summer days. Cold salads, in variations with white or green spätzle, can be served as a main course, appetizer or side dish.
