While the world rushes by, the Mòcheni Valley breathes. LUFT!, the air, is connection. It is an invitation to change pace and altitude, to experience the land, breathing it in deeply. Beyond the walls, under the open sky, identity becomes movement, breath, and living space. Through experiences that blend nature, culture, and community stories, the festival creates a lighthearted, shared space where people and places come together. An opportunity to pause, explore, and experience the landscape authentically, maintaining a living connection with Mocheno identity.

The Mocheno Cultural Institute, which is hosting an exhibition dedicated to Mocheno culture, offering a unique opportunity to explore the history, language, and traditions of this community.

ARTISAN MARKET
On Saturday, May 30, a market dedicated to local products and regional crafts, designed as an opportunity for gathering, discovery, and the promotion of small local businesses. The market aims to create a lively and welcoming space where choosing local becomes a concrete gesture of care for the community.
Throughout the day, visitors will have the chance to learn about and purchase local products: from sustainable agricultural goods to handmade artisanal items, featuring numerous local specialties. The selection of vendors is careful and meticulous: each business involved is chosen for its quality, ethics, and uniqueness.

DISCOVERING WILD MEDICINAL HERBS WITH FRANCESCA ZENI
A short excursion to explore the history and uses of wild medicinal herbs. Walking along easy trails, participants will encounter various medicinal plants and observe their characteristics, scents, and habitats. The beneficial properties of the herbs, their traditional uses, and simple methods for harvesting and preserving them in an environmentally friendly way will be described. Participants will taste a herbal tea prepared with herbs gathered locally. An activity that allows you to rediscover ancient knowledge and develop a more mindful connection with nature.
