Mulino Lenzi

The Mulino Lenzi (Lenzi Mill), now part of the Trentino Ethnographic Museums, tells the story of the Mocheni Valley and its grain-growing tradition. During your visit, you can discover how the millstones work, learn about the stages of wheat processing, and witness the production of local flours, thus reviving an ancient tradition that sustained entire generations.

HOURS AND OPENINGS
The mill is open in May during the European Mill Days organized by the Italian Association of Historic Mills (AIAMS) and on select weekends in June, July, August, and September for guided tours and educational activities. During these events, you can watch milling demonstrations and rediscover ancient processing techniques. By reservation, visits can be arranged at any time of the year.
