A weekend to truly slow down in the WWF Valtrigona Nature Reserve. Gentle walks, sensory activities in the woods and guided reflections led by a naturopath, a psychotherapist and a nature journalist. Listen to your body, breathe in the landscape and rediscover just how deeply rejuvenating contact with the mountains can be. With the option of staying overnight in a mountain hut and enjoying locally sourced cuisine.
Duration: the whole weekend
Standard meeting point: Malga Valtrighetta car park (Telve). From there, it’s about a 45-minute walk to Malga Valtrigona.
WWF membership: for multi-day activities, WWF membership is included in the price and compulsory
for insurance purposes: if you sign up via direct debit, the cost of the activity is reduced by €15.
Discounts (e.g. Guest Card and WWF membership) cannot be combined.
