Eurythmy is an art of movement created and developed by Rudolf Steiner at the beginning of thecentury.

Eurythmy is a word of Greek origin that means good rhythm, harmony in general. Through eurythmy the fundamental elements of language and music are made visible with gestures and movements corresponding to them. Eurythmy, in its form linked to the world of words and music, is practiced in two different areas: hygienic and therapeutic. At the base of these two areas of eurythmy is a precise knowledge and experience of the qualities of language, speech andsounds.
