Cryotherapy increases the release of serotonin, noradrenaline, testosterone and growth hormone (GH). Thanks to the release of these substances at the end of each cryotherapy session, a feeling of physical and mental wellness can be perceived and there is a potential improvement in the quality of sleep.

Exposure to intense cold causes an increase in the antioxidant and anti-inflammatory capacity of the body; it stimulates the production of collagen and the release of neurotrophic factor (BDNF), a polypeptide capable of slowing the aging of nerve tissue. You access the device with few cloths on at temperatures between -80 and -90°C for a maximum of 3 minutes. This allows you to expose the body to very low temperatures, without the impact being excessively traumatic thanks to the total absence of moisture.
