Discovering the  church of San Biagio

Friday 10, 17, 24, 31 July and 7, 14, 21 and 28 August, 8:30 PM

Meeting point: Levico's church's square
From 8:30 PM to 10:45 PM

A walk to the small Church of San Biagio accompanied by a guide, followed by a guided tour of the building. Situated on the hill of the same name and offering a panoramic view of Levico Terme, the little church is a true architectural gem. Dedicated to Saint Blaise (San Biagio), Bishop of Sebaste, it preserves original frescoes along its walls and within the apse—works created through various interventions spanning the 14th to the 16th centuries. The oldest fresco, predating Giotto’s influence, dates back to 1300.

The walk to the small church will be led by a mid-mountain guide.

On the evenings of July 24 and August 21 and 28, there will be a guided visit featuring musical accompaniment provided by the Music School.

This is a free activity suitable for families (including those with large-wheeled strollers).

Hiking footwear and a headlamp are recommended.
